Terms of service

 1.1 Acceptance of Terms
 By visiting ElitePrrintex.com or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read,
 understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These terms form a legally binding
 contract between you and Elite Prrintex. If you do not agree, you may not use our site or services.

 1.2 Scope of Services
 Elite Prrintex provides custom aluminum photo prints that are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and
 UV-proof. Services are strictly limited to the personalization and delivery of these products. Each
 order is made uniquely for the customer.

 1.3 Accuracy of Information
 Customers are fully responsible for ensuring accuracy of shipping address, image quality, and
 personalization inputs. Elite Prrintex cannot be held liable for errors caused by incorrect data
 submitted during the order process.

 1.4 Order Processing
 Orders move through stages of design verification, printing, curing, inspection, and packaging.
 Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, after which products are dispatched. Once in
 production, changes or cancellations are not possible.

 1.5 Pricing & Taxes
 Prices are displayed in INR by default but may be shown in USD or other currencies. All local taxes
 (GST in India) are applied at checkout. International buyers may be liable for import duties or
 VAT, payable locally.

 1.6 Payments
 Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. For international
 orders, supported gateways process currency conversion automatically. All transactions are SSL
encrypted and secure.

 1.7 Intellectual Property
 All branding, content, and website assets are the property of Elite Prrintex. Customers retain
 ownership of uploaded images but grant us a license to reproduce them solely for order fulfillment.

 1.8 Prohibited Content
 Customers must not upload unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content without rights. Orders with
 prohibited content may be cancelled without refund, and accounts can be blacklisted.

 1.9 Cancellation Policy
 Custom products may only be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering, provided production has not
 started. For standard items (if offered in future), cancellation may be possible until dispatch.

 1.10 Modification of Services
 Elite Prrintex reserves the right to update pricing, shipping, or service policies at any time. Changes
 will not affect orders already confirmed, but apply to future purchases.

 1.11 Limitation of Liability
 We are not liable for courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect data submitted by customers. Our
 liability is capped at the value of the product purchased. Indirect or consequential damages are
 excluded.

 1.12 Governing Law
 Transactions are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra. International
 customers agree that Indian law applies to their orders as production originates in India.

 1.13 Privacy & Data Use
We only collect essential customer data to process orders. Payment details are never stored on our
 servers. Data may be used to improve services but never sold to third parties.

 1.14 Communication
 By ordering, customers consent to receive order updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Marketing
 communication is optional and can be unsubscribed at any time. Essential notifications cannot be
 opted out.

 1.15 Termination of Use
 We may suspend or refuse services to customers engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited
 activities. Such actions may be taken without notice, and no liability rests with Elite Prrintex
