 We work primarily with Shiprocket as our core logistics partner, which integrates with multiple
 courier networks across India and internationally. This ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective
 deliveries while allowing real-time tracking for customers. Through Shiprocket, we are able to
 select the fastest and most suitable courier service depending on the destination, ensuring maximum
 efficiency. In addition, we may also leverage trusted partners like DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, or
 Aramex for select international and high-priority shipments.


 3.2 Processing Time
 Production and packaging take 2–4 business days. Customers receive updates when their order
 enters production and again when shipped. We prioritize quality checks at every stage, so the
 processing timeline ensures your print is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.


 3.3 Estimated Delivery Time
 Domestic India deliveries typically take 3–7 working days after dispatch. International deliveries
 may take 7–12 working days depending on customs clearance. Shiprocket’s AI-based courier
 selection ensures we use the fastest and most reliable courier partner for each location.


 3.4 Free Shipping
 We provide free standard shipping across India. International shipping charges are calculated at
 checkout based on weight and destination. Shiprocket’s dynamic rate system ensures accurate and
 fair pricing for overseas customers.


 3.5 Order Tracking
 Every order is assigned a tracking number once dispatched. Customers receive SMS/email updates
 and can check live status through the Shiprocket portal. This integrated system ensures
 transparency and easy tracking from dispatch to final delivery.


 3.6 Packaging Standards
All products are bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and packed in crush-resistant cartons. This
 ensures safe delivery even over long-distance shipping. Packaging is designed to withstand
 handling stress while protecting premium prints.


 3.7 Delays
 While most shipments arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, customs, or
 unforeseen courier issues. Elite Prrintex is not liable for such delays but assists customers in
 resolving them with Shiprocket’s support system.


 3.8 International Duties & Taxes
 Import duties or taxes applied by foreign customs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot
 control or pre-pay these charges. Customers are advised to check local rules before ordering.


 3.9 Failed Delivery Attempts
 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or
 return the parcel. Reshipping charges may apply if the order is returned due to incorrect details.
 3.10 Address Accuracy
 Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Elite Prrintex is not liable for lost
 parcels or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.


 3.11 Shipping Confirmation
 We notify customers via SMS and email as soon as their order leaves our facility. This includes
 tracking details and estimated delivery times.


 3.12 International Restrictions
 Certain countries may restrict imports of custom-printed products. Customers are responsible for
 checking import rules. We cannot ship to prohibited regions, even via Shiprocket’s extended
 courier network.


3.13 Lost Parcels
 In the rare event of a lost shipment, we coordinate with Shiprocket and associated courier partners
 for investigation. If unresolved within 15 business days, we provide a reprint or refund.


 3.14 Bulk Orders
 Large corporate or bulk orders may require additional handling time. Customers will be informed of
 adjusted timelines before dispatch.


 3.15 Customer Responsibility
 Once delivered to the specified address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Any
 theft or damage after confirmed delivery is outside our control
